TTutoree

Terms

Last updated 31 August 2026

These are the terms between Tutoree and the guardian who holds a household account. They are written plainly on purpose.

Who can hold an account

You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the children you add. By adding a child you confirm you have the authority to consent on their behalf.

What we provide

A tutoring service in which an AI tutor, Aria, teaches your child in voice and in text from the Australian Curriculum, keeps a record of what they got right and wrong, and reports that record to you.

Aria is an AI, not a human teacher, and not a substitute for one. She can be wrong. She is a supplement to your child’s schooling, and we do not promise any particular academic result.

What it costs

A$23 per week for each child on the account, billed weekly in advance. There is no lock-in contract and no minimum term.

Each child’s subscription includes 60 minutes of live voice tutoring per week. Text tutoring, homework help and mistake practice are included and are not metered by the minute. We will give you notice before any price change, and you may cancel rather than accept it.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time and your subscription will run to the end of the period you have paid for. To cancel, write to support@tutoree.ai from the guardian’s email address on the account.

Fair use

The account is for the children in your household. Please do not share the sign-in outside it, resell access, or use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend an account being used that way.

Safety, and when we will contact you

Aria’s replies are screened before your child hears them, and her scope is limited to schoolwork. If something a child says suggests they may be at risk, we may contact the guardian on the account. We would rather tell you and be wrong.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms; if a change is material we will tell the guardian on the account before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of Australia.
